Catering Attendant 

  • Experience with preparing and serving meals in accordance to the menu guidelines, recipes, garnishes and direction from the Executive Chef or Representative.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, safety and hygiene of Catering areas and to clear and re-set tables efficiently to the highest standard
  • Ability to Operate modern till system and be well presented.
  • Ability to work under pressure, use initiative and multitask.

Bar Attendant

  • At least 4 years’ experience working in a Bar/Restaurant environment.
  • Extensive cocktail, spirit and wine experience and knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task and work across the venue from our exclusive dining experience at El Puerto bar creating mixed drinks and cocktails to our main club bar with the views of the marina.
  • The successful candidates will initially work 15-20 hours per week, receive on the job training and be part of this exciting new stage within our club.
