Standard Conditions

Applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

The promotion is conducted under the guidelines for category 4 promotional games of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999.
Whilst all care will be taken, Hervey Bay Boat Club will not be responsible for any malfunctions or problems relating to the Odyssey system or associated software systems.
Hervey Bay Boat Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Hervey Bay Boat Club accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, system failure, theft or destruction and reserves the right to take appropriate action as required on any such matters.
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, that hinders Hervey Bay Boat Club’s ability to proceed with the promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures or natural disasters, management may in its absolute discretion take any action that may be available to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
Staff of Hervey Bay Boat Club are ineligible to enter the promotion.
Management will not be liable for any unauthorised use of a member's membership card
Management reserves the right to change, alter and end the promotion at their discretion.
Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Participation in promotions indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions.
The promoter is Hervey Bay Boat Club, Buccaneer Drive, Urangan QLD 4655.
Unless stated otherwise, winners must be present to claim a prize.

STOCKING STASH PROMOTION

Terms & Conditions
General
1.       The Stocking Stash promotion period is from 1pm-5pm on Sunday 21st December 2025.
2.      All members are eligible to enter the Stocking Stash Draws. Financial members who use their member card during gaming play and point of sale are eligible to enter the promotion in the following way:
a.        Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs): One (1) virtual entry will be automatically generated with every $20 turnover via any gaming machine with member card inserted from 10am 21st December 2025.

b. Point of Sale (POS): One (1) virtual entry will be automatically generated with every $10 spent on food & beverage from 10am 21st December 2025.

3.     All entries remain in the barrel for the duration of the promotion.
4.     The Stocking Stash Draws are conducted on Sunday 21st December 2025 every 30 minutes from 2pm-5pm.
5.     Members must be present on the listed date and times to redeem their prize.
6.     Additional proof of identity may be requested at the discretion of management.

Process
7. All members are eligible to visit the venue on the promotion days during the advertised promotion times to enter the Stocking Stash Draws.

8. Members can earn entries at any time throughout the promotion period via virtual entry automatically generated with every $20 gaming turnover & $10 POS spend from 10am 21st December 2025. Entries will remain in the barrel for the duration of the promotion.

9. The Stocking Stash Draws are conducted on Sunday 21st December 2025 every 30 minutes from 2pm-5pm, totalling seven (7) draws.

10. Winners will be selected at random by way of a virtual draw from the Odyssey program. The member must be present in the club at the time of the draw. Each member drawn will be given two (2) minutes from the time they have been first called over the in-house PA System, to present themselves to the staff member conducting the draw. Each member must produce their membership card to be eligible to win a prize.

11. When a winning member presents themselves, they will have the opportunity to select one of the seven (7) stockings to determine their prize amount.

12. The total prize pool for the promotion will be seven (7) prizes, totalling $7,500.

13. The prize denominations available will be:

a. $500 (x1)

b. $750 (x2)

c. $1,000 (x1)

d. $1,250 (x1)

e. $1,500 (x1)

f. $1,750 (x1)

14. Any entry that remains unclaimed after a period deemed appropriate by the staff member conducting the draw, and not less than 2 minutes from the time the winning entry is first called over the in-house PA system, a redraw will be conducted.

15. On claiming the prize, the winner accepts full responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to the prize. The club and staff accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to prizes once claimed. The prize is available on the day of the promotion only and will not be redeemable beyond this date.

16. No employees of the venue are eligible to enter this promotion.

17. Conduct of the ‘Promotion’ including decision on eligibility of persons to enter, shall be the responsibility of the Club, whose decision in all matters shall be final. No correspondence shall be entered into.

18. The Club reserves the right to discontinue or modify this promotion at any time.

19. All outcomes are final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
