The blessing includes:

  • 4:00pm - Welcome messages and performances including from traditional owners of our region the Butchulla people, and Hervey Bay's Mayor George Seymour.
  • 5:30pm - Sail past preview and blessing of all boats in the Hervey Bay whale watch fleet and other important vessels.
  • 7:00pm - Fireworks display.
