Standard Conditions

Applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

The promotion is conducted under the guidelines for category 4 promotional games of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999.
Whilst all care will be taken, Hervey Bay Boat Club will not be responsible for any malfunctions or problems relating to the Odyssey system or associated software systems.
Hervey Bay Boat Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Hervey Bay Boat Club accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, system failure, theft or destruction and reserves the right to take appropriate action as required on any such matters.
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, that hinders Hervey Bay Boat Club’s ability to proceed with the promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures or natural disasters, management may in its absolute discretion take any action that may be available to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
Staff of Hervey Bay Boat Club are ineligible to enter the promotion.
Management will not be liable for any unauthorised use of a member's membership card
Management reserves the right to change, alter and end the promotion at their discretion.
Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Participation in promotions indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions.
The promoter is Hervey Bay Boat Club, Buccaneer Drive, Urangan QLD 4655.
Unless stated otherwise, winners must be present to claim a prize.

BOUQUET BUCKS

TERMS & CONDITIONS
General
1. The ‘Bouquet Bucks’ promotion period will commence at 3pm and run until approximately 6pm on Friday 10th May 2024.
2. All financial Hervey Bay Boat Club members are eligible for this promotion.

3.     Eligible members will earn entries during the promotional period when they meet any of the below entry criteria:
a.        One (1) entry with every $10 play (gaming turnover) with their membership card inserted.
b.        One (1) entry with every $5 spend on food and/or beverage, where card services are available and members card is swiped.

4. Members can enter as many times as they like during the promotion period when they meet the entry criteria.
5. Members need to validate their entries within two (2) hours of each draw to be eligible for the draw by:

a. Swiping their membership card at the kiosk; or

b. Inserting their card in a gaming machine; or

c. Using their card at the point of sale when making a food or beverage purchase.

6. The validation time of eligible entries may be changed by the promotional staff in the event of three (3) + redraws occurring, the promotional staff will notify patron of this occurrence and allow ample time for members to re-swipe their membership cards. It is the patron’s responsibility to re-validate their entries.

7. All draws are conducted using the Odyssey E-Draw system, no paper tickets will be issued.
8. All entry tickets will be deleted at the conclusion of the promotional period and will not be retained for any future promotions.

9.     Members must be present on the draw date and times to win.
10.    Members selected from the electronic draw system have two (2) minutes to claim their prize from the specified draw area. If the selected winner does not present themselves to the promotion host within two (2) minutes of being announced, they forfeit their claim to the prize and a redraw will take place until an eligible winner has been found.
11.     It is the responsibility of eligible members to position themselves within the Hervey Bay Boat Club where they can hear the public-address announcements.
12.    Members must present their membership card to the promotion host when claiming a prize. Additional proof of identity may be requested at the discretion of management.

13. A total of five (5) draws will take place on the promotional day, with one (1) draw every 30 minutes from 4.00pm until 6.00pm.

14. Each winner will be invited to select a “Bouquet Of Flowers Card” from the prize pool with a hidden cash amount on the reverse side.

15. Each winner will receive one only of the following cash amounts:

· $100 x2

· $150 x 2

· $200 x 1

· $300 x 1

16. Once a card is chosen it will not be returned to the prize pool.

17. Members can only win one (1) prize on the promotional draw day.

18. The maximum total promotional prize pool is $1,000.
