Points are accrued when:
The Hervey Bay Boat Club’s Diamond Rewards Program is a five-level tiered system with each tier offering special benefits:
Every Member is automatically registered free to start accruing reward points and new Members start automatically at Ruby’ level.
Please refer to the detailed table on the reverse for further information.
Your tier level is determined by the number of points you have earned since the Diamond Rewards Program was introduced to the Hervey Bay Boat Club.
Visitation Points and Monthly Bonus Points are not included in the ‘Points Earned’ tally and do not go towards determining your tier level.
Simply use the kiosk at reception or ask our reception or gaming staff.
Your points are reviewed every month and your level will be adjusted according to the criteria as set out above.
Your points are reviewed every 3 months and your level will be adjusted if you haven’t earned the required points in the previous period.
Your accrued points can be used to pay for food, beverages, and other goods in the bars, restaurants or bottleshop within the club. Depending on your tier level, you will receive discounts when paying for food and beverage with points. Points can also be exchanged for cash at the Gaming Room cashier. Minimum Cash Redemption 1,000 points = $10.
Absolutely not! Your tier level is determined only by the points you have earned in the previous 3 month period - Your current points balance does not necessarily reflect your tier level.
Depending on your tier level, you will receive Monthly Bonus Points calculated on the points you have earned during the previous month. Bonus Points may also be received through various member promotions.
Visitation Points are awarded daily (depending on your tier level - see table) by swiping your membership card at the entrance kiosk in the club foyer.
Note: Visitation Points and Monthly Bonus Points are not included in the ‘Points Earned’ tally.
You have 12 months to redeem your points within the Club from the time you earn them. Any unused points will be forfeited.
If you do not wish to participate in the program, you may opt out at any time by notifying the General Manager in writing.
