Covid-19 Vaccination requirements: As of 17 December 2021 persons (over the age of 16yrs) entering venues such as the Hervey Bay Boat Club (the Club) are required - by a Queensland Government Public Health Directive Law - to present valid proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (or evidence of a medical contraindication). Please contact us as soon as possible if there are unvaccinated persons in your booking party.
Risk-free bookings: In response to the COVID 19 pandemic - for the piece-of-mind of customers - we provide a no-fee cancelation policy if you are unable to travel, or we are unable to conduct the tour, due to Queensland Government Health Department Guidelines, such as lockdowns and travel restrictions. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are impacted by such directives. Outside of these circumstances, our normal cancelation fees apply, as set out below.
Refunds must be issued to the card initially charged.
A child is classed as a person aged 0 to 14 years.
