Standard Conditions
Applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise.
- The promotion is conducted under the guidelines for category 4 promotional games of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999.
- Whilst all care will be taken, Hervey Bay Boat Club will not be responsible for any malfunctions or problems relating to the Odyssey system or associated software systems.
- Hervey Bay Boat Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Hervey Bay Boat Club accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, system failure, theft or destruction and reserves the right to take appropriate action as required on any such matters.
- In the case of the intervention of any outside act, that hinders Hervey Bay Boat Club’s ability to proceed with the promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures or natural disasters, management may in its absolute discretion take any action that may be available to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
- Staff of Hervey Bay Boat Club are ineligible to enter the promotion.

- Management reserves the right to change, alter and end the promotion at their discretion.

HEART OF THE BAY – WHOLE VENUE PROMOTION
Terms & Conditions
General
1. The Heart of The Bay promotion period is from 10am-5pm on Sundays in the month of February 2025 (2-Feb, 9-Feb, 16-Feb & 23-Feb).
2. All members are eligible to enter the Heart of The Bay Draws. Financial members who use their member card during gaming play and point of sale are eligible to enter the promotion in the following way:
a. Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs): One (1) virtual entry will be automatically generated with every $20 turnover via any gaming machine with member card inserted from 10am-5pm on each draw date.
b. Point of Sale (POS): One (1) virtual entry will be automatically generated with every $10 spent on food & beverage from 10am-5pm on each draw date.
3. The Heart of The Bay Draws are conducted on Sundays in the month of February 2025 from 2pm-5pm with prizes as below.
4. Members must be present on the listed dates and times to redeem their prize.
5. Additional proof of identity may be requested at the discretion of management.
Process
6. All members are eligible to visit the venue on the promotion day during the advertised promotion times to enter the Heart of The Bay Draws. Members can earn entries via virtual entry automatically generated with every $10 point of sale spent and/or $20 gaming turnover.
7. The Heart of The Bay Draws are conducted on Sundays in the month of February 2025 from 2pm-5pm with prizes as below:
8. Winners will be selected at random by way of a virtual draw from the Odyssey program. The member must be present in the club at the time of the draw. Each member drawn will be given two (2) minutes from the time they have been first called over the in-house PA System, to present themselves to the staff member conducting the draw. Each member must produce their membership card to be eligible to win a prize.
9. Any entry that remains unclaimed after a period deemed appropriate by the staff member conducting the draw, and not less than 2 minutes from the time the winning entry is first called over the in-house PA system, a redraw will be conducted.
10. The selected member is invited to select a prize card from the board that reveals their cash prize.
11. At the end of each draw, the selected prize card is removed from the board for the remainder of the draws.
12. On claiming the prize, the winner accepts full responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to the prize. The club and staff accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to prizes once claimed. The prize is available on the day of the promotion only and will not be redeemable beyond this date.
13. No employees of the venue are eligible to enter this promotion.
14. Conduct of the ‘Promotion’ including decision on eligibility of persons to enter, shall be the responsibility of the Club, whose decision in all matters shall be final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
15. The Club reserves the right to discontinue or modify this promotion at any time.
16. All outcomes are final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

SCRATCH & WIN SATURDAY PROMOTION
Terms & Conditions
General
1. Scratch & Win Saturday promotion period is from 10am-5:30pm on Saturday 22nd February 2025.
2. The first 250 members to swipe at the kiosk with their member card from 10am will receive a voucher to redeem a Scratch & Win Card.
3. Scratch & Win Saturday $500 Second Chance Draw is conducted on Saturday 22nd February 2025 at 5:30pm.
4. Members must be present on the listed date and times to redeem their prize.
5. Additional proof of identity may be requested at the discretion of management.
Process

7. Members present their voucher to the cashier to receive a Scratch & Win Card and reveal their prize.

9. Members place their voucher in the barrel to enter the Scratch & Win Saturday $500 Second Chance Draw at 5:30pm.
