Guests are invited to witness the Blessing of the Fleet celebrations from 4pm on the Fraser room Balcony.
The dinner commences from 6:00pm and you will be greeted with an enchanting atmosphere featuring a black, silver, and white colour theme.
The highlight of the evening will be the exquisite selection of Australian Wines, expertly paired with each course, and presented by the knowledgeable Brett Mitchell from Robert Oatley. Wines. You'll have the opportunity to savour the flavours and nuances of these exceptional wines while learning about their origins and production.
To enhance the ambiance, live entertainment will be provided by the talented Derek Smith. Derek will captivate you with his talented musical performance, ensuring a delightful evening of music and merriment.
