Rotary Presents: World Polio Day Fundraiser
Join Rotary for a moving afternoon at the movies in support of a world without polio. On Friday 24 October at 1:30pm, Hervey Bay Boat Club Cinemas will host a special screening of The Travellers—a powerful story of family, resilience, and the strength of coming home.
Just as the film celebrates overcoming life’s challenges, this fundraiser honours Rotary’s commitment to ending polio. Thanks to worldwide efforts, polio cases have been reduced by 99.9%, but the fight isn’t over. Every ticket purchased helps Rotary raise vital funds for the End Polio Now campaign.
